Assess value and draft Term-Sheets based on risk adjusted NPV valuations and Licensing Agreements and negotiations.
Karin Larsson has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Lund University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Executive Foundation Lund, School of Economics and Management, Lund University. She has twenty years of experience in the Pharma and Life-Science industry and more than ten years of experience in Business Development, working in both small and large organizations including Novo Nordisk A/S, (now Novozymes), Bioglan AB and Alligator Bioscience AB. Karin is a co-founder and co-owner of the consultancy company Vetenskaps Fabriken AB and is currently acting as consultant for two companies at Lund Life Sciene Incubator.
